Dr. Ding, received his M.D. degree from College of Medicine of University of Arkansas (U.S.). He served as a Visiting Scholar in infectious diseases in College of Medicine of West Virginia University (U.S.), and Senior Research Associate at Cancer Institute of University of Arkansas for Medical Science Medicines (UAMS). In 2002, Dr. Ding returned to China and founded Zhejiang Beta Pharma Inc. Dr. Ding currently also serves as a part-time Practicing Instructor at Zhejiang University.
