We use primarily protein crystallography in conjunction with biochemical and biophysical methods to study：

(1) the mechanisms governing eukaryotic mRNA export, translation, and decay

(2) the molecular mechanism of miRNA mediated translational repression

(3) structure and function of proteins involved in the Hippo signaling pathway
