Research Interests:
1. Cellular reprogramming and transdifferentiation Apply genome editing, high-throughput screening, and single-cell sequencing to study cellular reprogramming and transdifferentiation. 2. Tissue formation and organogenesis Differentiate stem cells into functional cells and organoids, and investigate the melocular mechanisms of tissue formation and organogenesis. Use genome editing technique to construct disease-relevant stem cell lines and differentiated cells for disease modeling and high throughput drug screening. 4. Cell-based transplantation and regenerative medicine Optimize cellular reprogramming, directed differentiation and transdifferentiation platforms for cell-based transplantation and regenerative medicine. |
